    Located in Kitwe, Zambia, Sinozam Friendship Hospital, funded by CNMC's African subsidiary, is the only hospital in Africa independently operated by the Chinese. As the first higher vocational institution independently established abroad by the Chinese that offers degree programs, the college is dedicated to training urgently needed technical professionals for Zambia's mining industry.
